I often struggle to say no because I want to be helpful. 
The problem is, this made me too busy and stressed, which hurt my work quality. 
I realize I need better boundaries, so I'm practicing prioritizing my tasks and using time-blocking. Learning to say no has been great because it lets me focus and produce much better work.
