Using Bookmark Navigator to Switch Between 2025 and 2026 Data Tables
If you have two tables—one containing data for 2025 and the other for 2026—and you want to display them using separate bookmarks, the Bookmark Navigator button can be a powerful tool to streamline this process.
By
grouping bookmarks together, you can easily toggle between the two views with a
single navigator button.
Here’s how you can set it up:
1) Create Individual Bookmarks
- Set up a bookmark for 2025 by hiding the 2026 table.
- Similarly, create
a bookmark for 2026 by hiding the 2025 table.
2) Group the Bookmarks
- Combine the bookmarks into a single group, naming it something like "Year Bookmarks."
3) Use the Bookmark Navigator Button
- Add a Bookmark Navigator button to your report and link it
to the grouped bookmarks.
- This allows users
to seamlessly switch between the 2025 and 2026 data views.
